Entersekt appoints Clare Conway as CEO to drive global fraud prevention growth

Entersekt has appointed Clare Conway as CEO to lead its next phase of global market growth and operational scaling. Effective August 1, 2026, Conway succeeds founder Schalk Nolte, who transitions to a strategic board role to focus on AI and innovation within the fraud prevention sector.

Clare Conway brings over 25 years of experience in scaling technology businesses and leading operational transformations. Having previously served as Entersekt’s Chief Operating Officer, she has already been instrumental in strengthening the company’s operating model and driving sustainable top-line growth. Her leadership is expected to deliver:

Disciplined execution of global scaling strategies.
Enhanced operational oversight to increase industry market value.
Management of a talented global team across 70+ countries.

Her background includes high-level roles at Partnerize, Clavis Insight, and Ascential, providing the deep enterprise technology expertise required to navigate the complex digital banking landscape.
