Entersekt service continuity and customer support during the COVID-19 pandemic

We would never claim that it’s business as usual, but Entersekt remains as committed to service excellence as ever.

As a cloud-based, digital security company, we are not only well-prepared to maintain service continuity but stand ready to help your business adapt to the present circumstances.

  • Our everyday business tools are hosted on SaaS platforms. These include applications used by our finance and administration, human resources, sales and marketing, and customer relationship personnel. All these can be securely accessed from anywhere in the world by authorized Entersekt employees.
  • Our production systems are fully cloud-hosted and independent of Entersekt’s own IT systems. They are deployed in multi-location, fully replicated environments, ensuring full redundancy and very high availability. We are confident that all our cloud and service partners can and will maintain service continuity.
  • Our hardware supply chain consists primarily of the manufacture and delivery of Secure Gateway appliances, of which we have enough stock for several months.
  • Our offices around the world are reopening under strict conditions. Several are taking in a rotating contingent of staff from Mondays to Thursdays, with Fridays reserved for cleaning. We remain closed to visitors. Strict health and safety protocols are in operation at all locations, including temperature checks on entry, sanitation stations on every floor, and mandatory social distancing and use of masks.
