Inside Sales Representative: Sales Operations

Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Identify strong potential customers using business and product knowledge to generate outbound lead opportunities
- Assess and analyze potential customers’ current business processes and requirements
- Provide information about Entersekt’s value proposition to potential customers
- Maintain well-organized, up-to-date, and accurate sales information and lead reports in Salesforce
- Develop strong relationships with potential customers to identify and sell new business opportunities
Communication
- Interact professionally with potential customers, via telephone, email, conferencing, and webinars, to discover their business needs and develop positive business relationships
- Develop a strong knowledge of Entersekt’s products and services to facilitate lead conversion and management
- Understand the benefits of Entersekt’s products and services, and how they can meet customers’ needs in various business verticals
Skills & experience
Successful candidates for the role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 3–5 years’ experience in research, prospecting and lead generation, and 1–2 years’ experience in sales
- Experience in B2B sales into large organizations is key, preferably in enterprise software solutions, or in the cloud space or IT sector
- Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Salesforce administration, preferably as a certified administrator
- Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Experience in working collaboratively between the sales and marketing teams
- A track record of increasing sales revenue by meeting or exceeding qualified lead targets
- Competent IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft and Google programs, and social networking tools
- Knowledge of mobile development practices, awareness of cloud architectures, and an understanding of cryptographic processes will be beneficial
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary
- Must be highly proficient in all aspects of the English language, especially speaking, listening, and writing skills
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant field
- A technical, security background is an advantage
