Employee wellbeing in the workplace
“At Entersekt, I am surrounded by really smart people who are dedicated to building and delivering great technology products.

In this tech environment it can be easy, and more so in a pandemic, to expect smart people to take care of the complete person, for us to unconsciously consider them as infinitely accessible resources.

But these (mostly young) people are not our resources. They are the Michelangelos, the Mozarts and the Da Vincis of the fourth industrial revolution – artists creating magic, solving tough problems, and (hopefully) delighting our customers with amazing tech products.

They have vulnerabilities, fears, ambitions, and powers that need to be acknowledged, celebrated and fueled. I have found that some vulnerability from leaders is powerful in accepting this reality and helping our people deal with it.
