The ideal candidate

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and security-minded Senior Strategic Account Executive to help us open the market with new client sales. You will be the front of the company and should have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input towards the sales/growth strategy for North America, detailing critical insights and new business opportunities
  • Achieve revenue targets set for your territory
  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers to identify and sell new business opportunities
  • Carry your own weight in customer technical sales activities; however, will have the opportunity to partner with pre-sales solution consultants to ensure that customers successfully adopt our product offering
  • Identify sales opportunities and drive deal closure with a laser focus on business outcomes that translates into customer satisfaction
  • Achieve consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue targets through disciplined pipeline and forecast management captured in Salesforce CRM system.
  • Leverage key business insights to elevate sales conversation and action
  • Offer world class customer service through alignment of your customers technology roadmap and the Entersekt offering
  • Deliver tangible solutions to identified customers solving for greater efficiencies, cost savings, and deep regard for Entersekt product offering
  • Serve as a key resource to clients, using all our relevant expertise and resources to deliver a positive experience
  • Understand the latest industry trends and effectively position our solutions and services to drive cross-sales opportunities
  • Influence and guide decision making within your clients’ organization
  • Develop routines that enable effective alignment, communication, and collaboration with banking partners, clients and team
  • Own the resolution of issues, contract extensions and other important client matters

Skills & Experience

Successful candidates for the Senior Strategic Account Executive role will generally possess the following qualifications:

  • Seeks to solve for difficult customer challenges
  • Solution selling experience required
  • A BS/BA in computer science, business administration, sales or relevant field
  • A technical, security background will stand you in good stead
  • Successful sales track record with 5-10+ years’ technology sales experience   
  • Proven ability to lead, build trust, and be highly credible across all levels of organizations   
  • Industry knowledge and ability to make confident recommendations at C-level, business decision makers
  • Knowledge and experience in mobile authentication, mobile security, banking and payment related industry sales and consultation
  • Consultative mindset, with the ability to develop client and business strategies to maximize growth and development
  • Technologically savvy; comfortable with tablet and cloud-based solutions
  • Passion for continuously learning about and leveraging new technology
  • Ability to close complex, high-profile deals and resolve client questions and concerns
  • Ability to quickly establish and maintain productive relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision toward the achievement of personal and team goals. Startup mentality.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills
  • Effective planning, prioritization and time management acumen
  • Outstanding sales/portfolio management, business development and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to multitask and change direction in fast-paced business environments
  • Ability to coach colleagues with less experience and/or knowledge, as necessary
