Christiaan holds a Masters degree in Engineering and is one of the founders of Entersekt. Christiaan's understanding of the payment space over and above just technology has been invaluable in positioning Entersekt as a solutions provider in the industry.

Nathan Mintah

Non Executive

Nathan is a former Partner with Kingdom Zephyr Africa Management Company - a pan-African private equity fund manager. Prior to this Nathan was MD of the retained advisor to the US$ 400 million HSBC Kingdom Africa investment joint venture. Prior to joining HSBC, Nathan was Head of ABB Project and Trade Finance (Sub Saharan Africa) with ABB Asea Brown Boveri. His career in investment banking began at Lehman Brothers and with Morgan Stanley & Company, in New York.

Nathan holds an MBA from Yale University, School of Management, and a BS in Mathematics from Eckerd College (USA).

His investment banking experience includes M&A, Corporate and Project Finance and Advisory with deal experience in the telecoms, energy, financial services and resources sectors. Nathan is the Chairman (Non Executive) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Africa Board Advisory Committee.

Ramzi Mansour

Chairman/Non Executive (Carita Investments Limited)

Ramzi obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, specializing in International Relations, from Concordia University in Canada. In 1998, he started a private equity investment firm in Nigeria successfully leading the company in the fields of Telecommunications, Power Generation and Trading. An avid entrepreneur, today he has investments in and around the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

He was appointed on Entersekt's Board of Directors in 2009 and became Chairman in 2010.

Schalk Nolte

CEO

Schalk holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Stellenbosch University. He spent 10 years working for GSM Operators in Africa and the Pacific with a focus on technology and network deployment and creating technology development and deployment teams. He joined Entersekt Technologies in July 2009 as the Chief Executive Officer. Schalk brings invaluable experience and relationships with mobile operators plus an understanding of GSM and the end customer to the team.

Niel Muller

Senior Technical Specialist/Founder

Niel received a Bachelor's Degree (cum laude) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Computer Science from the University of Stellenbosch in 2005. In 2006 and 2007 he developed a GPS-based estimator and propagator for a low-earth orbit satellite while still at the university.

Dewald Nolte

Operations Manager/Founder

Dewald holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Computer Science from Stellenbosch University. He finished his Bachelor's degree in Paris at the Engineering School of Ecole Centrale d'Electronique. Dewald has been involved in several projects, including the A-Darter Missile program, for Denel Dynamics.

Altus van Tonder

Head of Development/Founder

Altus holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Computer Science from Stellenbosch University, completing his final year project during an internship at ECE in Paris, France. He has valuable experience in product development and integration thereof into clients' digital and mobile roadmaps.
